1.1
Small teams, real ownership.
You’ll work on systems used by physicians and coordinators next week, not next quarter. Decisions get made by the people doing the work.
1.2
Clinical partners in the loop.
We build with our partner cancer centers, not for them. Clinical fellows, registrars, physicians, and informaticists are in our standups and our user research. The feedback loop is short.
1.3
Hard problems on real data.
Patient-level reasoning across multimodal, longitudinal oncology records is not a toy problem. The ingestion, the modeling, the evaluation, the deployment, all of it is meaningfully hard. We don’t ship vibes.

Calm, durable pace.
This is a long-cycle problem and we hire people we want to work with for many years. We push hard when it matters. We don’t manufacture urgency for theater.

The single best predictor of being effective at Triomics is wanting to be here, in oncology, on this problem. Curiosity about cancer care, deep respect for clinicians, and patience for healthcare’s real constraints all matter.
Build things end to end.
Whether you’re an engineer, designer, clinical lead, or GTM hire, we want people who own the outcome, not just their slice of it.
Write clearly.
Most of our internal communication is written. Most of our external work is documents, papers, and citations. People who think and write clearly thrive here.
Bias toward integrity over speed.
Cited outputs, calibrated confidence, “no” when “no” is the right answer. We’d rather slow down to be right than ship a confident wrong.
